A company is looking for a Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic partnership roadmap and manage full lifecycle of partnerships
Oversee growth and onboarding pipeline for B2B clients and lead advertising revenue strategy
Provide leadership and development to the business development team while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with 5+ years at a Director level or higher
Proven success in managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product impact
Experience in leading teams with 5+ direct reports in business development or sales
Data-driven operator with experience in setting KPIs and building forecasts
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
