What we are looking for :
- Interior Designers / Interior Architects with 2 - 3 years of experience
- Based in Richmond, VA
- Focus on Multifamily Residential and Hospitality Interior Design
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
- Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
- Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
- Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
- Experience with in multifamily and / or large scale commercial projects is a bonus
- Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Valid work permit (USA)
