Clinical Programs Pharmacist - Senior Level

Your responsibilities will include overseeing medication therapy, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, and optimizing prescriptions for patients on multiple medications. You will actively engage with patients through Rx Education initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns to ensure they are taking their medications effectively.

This position involves tackling moderately complex to complex issues, requiring thorough analysis of diverse data and situations. You will influence departmental strategies, make decisions on project components, and work with significant autonomy. Your expertise will be crucial in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Essential Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
• Active pharmacist license in the states required
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• A passion for improving consumer experiences

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Compensation Range : The anticipated base pay range for full-time employment is $104,000 - $143,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
