A company is looking for a Lease Administrator 1.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data from legal documents and rent invoices, ensuring timely processing and distribution

Prepare lease abstracts and manage document libraries in the MRI Real Estate database

Monitor and distribute lease critical dates and options reports, ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial lease administration and data entry

Knowledge of real estate terms and concepts

Experience with MRI systems is a plus

Ability to interpret lease clauses and navigate lease documents

Bachelor's degree preferred
