RBTs are considered for employment by Aborder Behavioral Health will meet the following requirements :

• Must have a high school diploma at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field (e.g. education, psychology, etc.).
• 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training online is Required
• Maintain recertification of RBT training annually.
• Complete all necessary Medicaid Registration to access your account portal and submit necessary documents.
