Community Presence & Growth Support
Master Trainers help fuel business growth by being strong brand ambassadors in and out of sessions. This role includes participating in organic lead generation efforts such as client referrals, community outreach, local events, and approved field marketing activities-always leading with service, professionalism, and the GYMGUYZ mission.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values - Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) - in every interaction

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
