Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain professional under pressure. Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite. We pride ourselves on our professional approach and commitment to achieving the best results for our clients.
AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients in the Commercial sector.
Skills :
- Good written, verbal, listening and phone communications skills
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- General computer skills with the ability to type
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain composure with difficult debtors
- Ability to handle a high-volume inventory
