Job Summary :

Drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of digital experience for Condition Monitoring dealer-facing application. This role will Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are user-focused forward-thinking and aligned with core business objectives.

What You Will Do :

Craft and lead the user experience strategy for Cat Foresight our dealer-facing platform.

Empower dealers through an intuitive experience to efficiently manage customer operations and equipment while unlocking actionable insights and high-quality business leads.

Lead end-to-end design efforts from discovery and research through wireframes prototypes and final implementation.

Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user-centered solutions.

Establish and evolve UX standards design systems and best practices across teams and projects.

Mentor and guide UX designers fostering a culture of creativity inclusion and continuous improvement.

Advocate for the user by championing usability testing accessibility and data-driven design decisions.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of UX initiatives using feedback and analytics to refine and optimize experiences.

Experience designing for WCAG Accessibility AA compliance.

Summary Pay Range :

$144960.00 - $235440.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
