Aircraft Systems Instructor
Provide aircraft systems / operational procedures instruction in aircraft, classroom, and simulator environments. Assist in development of curriculum for new type courses as required. May provide additional special services such as courseware review and other administrative duties such as publications, safety, quality audits, scheduling, and other duties as may be assigned.

Travel may be required.
Expected Hours of Work :
A standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
As a backup, may provide technical oversight in relation to instructor training assignments. No direct personnel supervisory requirements.
Education and / or Experience :
Previously qualified as a C-5 AMP / C-5M aircraft commander with 1000 hours of C-5 flight experience and be a graduate of a formal instructor course; or prior C-5 instructor pilot with 200 hours of instructor experience. Aerial refueling (AR) instructors will be previously C-5 AR instructor qualified.
Citizenship :
U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Mathematical Skills :
Ability to comprehend, calculate and apply principles of business math.
Computer Skills :
Solid technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are essential. Experienced and proficient in the use of standard personal computer software tools; including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, databases, virtual meetings, team collaboration software.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to identify and define problems, gather and analyze relevant data, establish facts, and draw sound, logical conclusions.

Sitting and standing : The ability to remain in a stationary position for part of the time, and to occasionally move around the office.

Lifting and carrying : Moving small items and possibly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Attendance : Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Ability to egress WST training devices through emergency means if necessary.
