Position Overview
The Pediatrician will provide outpatient pediatric primary care with a focus on preventive medicine, immunizations, acute care, chronic disease management, and developmental screening for ages 0–19.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric outpatient care and routine follow-ups

• Conduct well-child exams, screenings, and immunizations

• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric conditions

• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate specialty referrals

• Educate families and provide anticipatory guidance

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $260k+ annually, based on experience and scope

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Eligible for California medical licensure

• DEA registration (or eligibility)

• Community health/underserved experience preferred

• Bilingual skills a plus
