MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The primary responsibility of the TPM Operations Engineer is to monitor and escalate supplier performance, and mitigate risk associated with new and existing TPMs globally. The role is responsible for operational / technical oversight of key TPMs with specific focus on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure the highest level of performance in all parts of the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates internal and external resources to address issues and ensure supply.
Evaluates cost / benefit of various financial scenarios and makes recommendations to management.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements linked to manufacturing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors Degree (± 16 years)
Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Masters Degree (± 18 years)
Preferred, but not required.
Experience / Background
Minimum 5 years
Proven history of delivering results and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability for the entire supply chain.
Experience in working across functional areas and possess an understanding of the various operational disciplines (i.e., Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain).
Strong oral and written presentation skills and ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skills. This position will frequently interact with the principal business owner or senior management staff at the Third Party Manufacturer to discuss projects and negotiate issues and resolve problems.
This position requires frequent travel to Third Party Manufacturers on short notice as business conditions demand.

Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
The base pay for this position is $90,000.00 – $180,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
