Registry Specialist
The Registry Specialist works with our sales and finance managers to register vehicles and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description :
- Registering vehicles in multiple states.
- Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department
- Filing and organizing legal paperwork – titles + co’s, registration paperwork
- Double checking car deals for accuracy – responsible for correcting errors
- Communication with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
- Data Entry
- Other misc. duties required, swaps, courtesy deliveries
