Exports Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Export Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of international operations by driving speed, accuracy, and compliance across export processes. This position is responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting timely and accurate order fulfillment for global customers.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Create and validate all export documentation, including :

• Commercial invoices,
• Packing lists,
• Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI),
• Free Trade Agreement (FTA) forms / certifications (when applicable).

Confirm accuracy of header and transactional data, including :

Ensure alignment between documentation and physical inventory :

Coordinate and communicate effectively :

Maintain compliance and organization :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Visual Acuity

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and / or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and / or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working Conditions

The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, vibration, and hazards from a warehouse-based environment.
