Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help manage proprietary contracts valued at over $2B. These contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS / PMX tool suite. Annual sales are forecasted to be more than $500M with anticipated total value of >

$2B over five years. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation will be provided for this position.

What You Will Do

The individual chosen for this position will help maintain contractual EVMS requirements for material; develop, present and defend quarterly material Estimates at Complete (EAC); and support related material financial forecasting. They will analyze material EV metrics including weekly / monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management. The contracts have >

$100M annually in material and manufacturing development, which offers the experience of integrating and managing several large suppliers as well as influence the pre-production management of units in the Factory. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.). Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
