Job Overview

Brandon J. Broderick, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Back Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism. This role is critical in managing a high volume of calls, routing inquiries efficiently, and upholding the firm's reputation for client care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Provide an exceptional first impression for all clients and callers, ensuring their needs are met or directed to the appropriate department.
• Listen attentively to caller concerns and inquiries, and handle each call patiently and with understanding, especially in sensitive situations.
• Route calls accurately and promptly to the correct team members or departments.
• Document call details meticulously, ensuring accurate logging of caller information, case-related inquiries, and messages.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling all client information and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and coordinating follow-ups.

Compensation Range : $40,000 - $45,000 USD

The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
