VoIP Network Engineer

A company is looking for a VoIP Network Engineer to design and build core voice services and integrate them with their platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the architectural framework for telecommunication systems ensuring availability, scalability, reliability, and security

Design and create VoIP services to integrate with the company's platform

Configure and troubleshoot SBCs and various call routing platforms

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Networking / System Administration, or a related field with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience

Experience with SIP messaging, VoIP infrastructure, and at least two SBC vendors

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deploying CI / CD pipelines

Familiarity with at least one cloud provider and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker

Knowledge of telecom compliance and network routing / switching protocols
