Saturna Capital is seeking a Sales Team Coordinator to support the Regional Manager Sales Team, providing excellent internal and external customer service to our sales team and our clients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, professional, and reliable. The individual in this role must excel in a fast-paced environment and be able to take on diverse responsibilities.

Position location : Bellingham, WA

Compensation range : $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Primary duties include :

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management and board members
• Assist the sales team with coordinating events and sponsorships, ordering marketing materials, and tracking sponsorship payments
• Provide sales support to Regional Managers
• Coordinate presentations at mosques, MSAs, and other places
• Attend events periodically
• Extensive use of CRM, currently Wealthbox
• Manage sales workflow proactively, by tracking and ensuring timely completion of requests
• Additional projects as assigned
