We're hiring a Project Engineer whos hungry to learn, eager to lead, and ready to help us deliver top-notch commercial projects across the state.

What Youll Do

As a Project Engineer, youll play a critical role in supporting our project teams from pre-construction to punch list. Youll work side-by-side with Superintendents and Project Managers to keep our jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and profitablywhile upholding Ratcliffs high standards for safety and quality.

You will :

Assist with planning, scheduling, and document control

Track submittals, RFIs, and material procurement

Help manage subcontractors, vendors, and milestone coordination

Monitor project progress and assist with quality control

Attend and schedule project meetings

Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support punch list execution

Communicate with owners, architects, and field staff to keep everyone aligned
