Experience developing software in environments emphasizing automated testing and quality assurance. Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and frameworks. Experience with database technologies and frameworks that facilitate data access and mapping. Ability to quickly adopt and work with new tools and technologies. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus. Willingness to travel within the Southeastern U.S. region for stakeholder engagement or coordination. Previous experience mentoring less experienced developers. Involvement in implementing best practices and encouraging technology innovation. History of successful collaboration with product stakeholders and QA teams. Understanding of secure development principles and industry compliance standards.
