Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.

As Sales Director you will :

  • Manage sales metrics such as calls appointments tours closing sales (deposits) and move-ins.
  • Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
  • Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources
  • Report out on sales marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintain an up-to-date CRM database.

  • 3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.
  • Demonstrated traits of accountability meeting high expectations confidence goal-orientation and a desire to succeed.
  • Sales skills including persuasiveness customer service active listening and adherence to the companys sales systems.
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with a CRM.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car ability to do outreach appointments.
