Role Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established procedures.
• Evaluate and interpret test results for precision, identify and address any discrepancies, and execute regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support the collection of specimens and prepare samples for efficiency in testing where necessary.
• Meticulously document all processes, mentor new team members, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Keep current certification throughout the duration of employment.
