Warehouse Associate (TEMPORARY)

Description

Warehouse Associate will handle move / store pack & ship various non-hazardous and hazardous materials. Duties will include loading and unloading shipments recording shipment and inventory statuses and making sure the deliveries properly match purchase orders. This is a six-month temporary role.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare shipment trays and package them according to instructions. This includes collaborating with internal team members.

Labeling every shipment and placing them accordingly

Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments

Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.

Organize and maintain the work environment and implement 6S

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma GED or equivalent required.

Minimum of 6 months experience working in a warehouse setting.

Experience in record keeping data entry and stock management using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask and pay close attention to details.

Basic computer skills

Physical Demands & Work Location :

Fremont CA : This is an on-site job. Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.

Adhere to the companys quality and safety requirements.

Ability to lift / move up to 50 pounds.

May be required to stand sit squat bend kneel twist crawl reach lift balance push and pull.

May need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to a lab coat gloves safety glasses face mask respirator and safety shoes.
