Position Summary : Provide landscape maintenance service to maintain and beautify Unity Village grounds. Responsible for operation and maintenance of landscape and farm machinery.

Essential Job Functions :

• Operate mowing equipment and do daily adjustments and maintenance. Push and tractor mowers. Operate power hand tools. Operate tractors, brush hog mowers, plows, discs, planters, chain saws.
• Perform routine daily tasks including mowing, weed eating, planting and apply fertilizers or chemicals.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. This position is not a remote or telecommute position.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines.
• Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off request.
