Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 26 years in business, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 14 Dave's to Wisconsin over the next 6 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group! Our company operates under the core philosophies of service and results orientation, integrity, personal accountability, and commitment.
