Trinity Springs , a Cassia community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)  to join our team in Oxford, FL . At Trinity Springs, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  at Trinity Springs,  you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type : Full-Time,  benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available :

Evenings 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Wage Range :   $23.75 - $27.86 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential : Evenings $1.00

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities :

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Administer medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
