Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Jefferson Einstein is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join its growing FM team located at 1437 Dekalb Pike, Suite 201, Norristown, PA. This practice is less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia & the Montgomery Main Campus Hospital. Join us; make a difference.

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Treating 2-3 patients per hour, all ages
• Collaborate with a team of 4 providers
• Managing / performing : Chronic health conditions / well checks / some telehealth visits
• Master s Degree
• National Board Certification as a Primary / Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• BLS certification
• 2+ years' experence preffered
