At Ormsby Post Acute Rehab, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. We’re seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide nursing care, assist with resident needs, support the care team, and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.

What You’ll Do :

Provide and supervise nursing care to residents

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice

Support a compassionate and professional care environment

What We’re Looking For :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)

Active LPN license in the State of Nevada (Required)

Knowledge of the nursing process in geriatric, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings

Strong teamwork and communication skills
