Senior AI / ML Engineer

Job Description

Geeksoft Consulting is seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in model development, data engineering, and productionizing AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ML and AI models for production environments

Work with large, structured and unstructured datasets

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability

Integrate ML models into applications and microservices

Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams

Research, evaluate, and implement new AI / ML techniques and tools

Ensure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in AI / ML or data science roles

Strong proficiency in Python

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics

Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling

Experience deploying ML models in production environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud AI / ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)

Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI / CD for ML pipelines

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)

Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Network Engineer Strong knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and QoS Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking devices Strong experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.) Solid understanding of network security concepts and tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
