Global Quality Operations Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Quality Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Develop and maintain a quality risk management framework and conduct risk assessments

Oversee the design and implementation of global quality system processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality operations

Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and quality systems

Proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies

Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
