As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee two long-term care units, guiding your staff and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for the overall management of residents and employees in your units, providing mentorship and support to validate care processes. This position is designed for you to focus on leadership without the demands of admissions or care conferences.
