[job_card.job_description]Negotiate rates and prepare customer quotes Coordinate and expedite shipments from start to finish & prepare all shipment documentation, including letters of credit Track shipments and provide updates to customers Ensure smooth legalization of documents Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships Minimum 5 years operations experience with a freight forwarder Hands-on experience managing all facets of ocean, air, import, and land shipments Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
