Mortgage Closing Team Lead

A company is looking for a Producing Team Lead, Mortgage Closing - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and close a personal pipeline of loans while overseeing the closing department's daily activities

Lead and manage the closing team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with guidelines

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and support business growth

Required Qualifications

3+ years of senior-level closing experience, including various loan types (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)

Prior leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate staff

Thorough knowledge of federal, investor, and bank regulations

Proficient with Encompass mortgage loan system and Microsoft Office

High School Diploma or equivalent required
