Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials in-process components and finished products using various measurement tools and techniques.
• Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data accurately in quality management systems or reports.
• Identify quarantine and document non-conforming materials or products initiating corrective action processes.
• Conduct first article inspections and provide production line support for quality-related issues.
• Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality defects and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and maintain quality control records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
