Junior Associate, Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory – Guernsey

A well-established offshore law firm is looking for a newly qualified to junior Associate (0–3 years PQE) to join its Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team in Guernsey. This role offers exposure to a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including corporate structuring, financing, regulatory advice, and cross-border deals.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer from a common law jurisdiction, with a keen interest in developing their technical skills and commercial awareness. You’ll be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.
