As an office clerk / office assistant you will be joining a dynamic stable company in property managment.

Duties :

Answer incoming calls

  • Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request
  • General data entry
  • Analyze / Investigate Information
  • Communication with Internal Departments and Owners

Data Entry background

Must be organized and detailed

Requirements :

Recent office experience.

Spanish is a plus

Detailed oriented

Must be on time

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
