Assist clients with the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate client records and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software effectively. Network and generate leads through various methods, including referrals, live transfer (NO COLD CALLING!). Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing clients.
