WM Summer Internship Program

This internship is part of the WM Renewable Energy - Operations & Compliance crew. We are seeking a motivated and organized undergraduate intern with a passion for supply chain management, project coordination, and technology-driven process improvement. This internship offers hands-on experience in asset tracking, calibration scheduling, vendor coordination, and digital tool implementation.
Interns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Quick learner with interest in new technologies and digital tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn platforms like Procore
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
