About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role within the Financial Planning & Analytics team, supporting core processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the organization. This role is instrumental in delivering accurate financial insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Modeling

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize driver-based expense models and financial planning tools (Workday Adaptive).
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational inputs into accurate and actionable financial forecasts.
• Support the development, monitoring, and refinement of annual budgets and recurring forecasts.

Reporting & Analysis
