[job_card.job_description]Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders. Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and circumstances. Meet regularly with clients for ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed. Conduct continuous assessments to track client progress. Involve family members in treatment plans when appropriate to enhance client support. Refer clients to specialists or outside agencies if necessary. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure client confidentiality at all times. Location : Must live in or around Santa Fe, New Mexico. Licensing : Must be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in New Mexico. Education : Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure : Both independently licensed (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) and non-independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT) are encouraged to apply. Demonstrates a community-minded approach and actively contributes to building and maintaining a strong client base. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Compassion, empathy, and dedication to client care. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize client needs.
