Salary :

Job Summary : The Yard Associate will be responsible for the daily operations, inventory management, and maintenance of the heavy equipment yard. This role involves handling equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment. Additionally, the Yard Associate will assist in pressure washing equipment, maintaining the yard through mowing, weed eating, and trash pickup. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Equipment Handling and Management :

Load and unload heavy equipment using forklifts, cranes, and other machinery.

Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized yard by mowing, weed eating, and picking up trash.

Greet customers and drivers, providing excellent customer service and addressing questions or concerns.

Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Prepare and submit daily reports on equipment status, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
