A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary system owner for HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to build, automate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports
Drive the development of HR's digital transformation roadmap and lead key initiatives
Identify and lead HRIS-related projects, including process redesigns and system migrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, ideally with UltiPro or similar platforms
Experience leading HRIS implementations or large-scale process changes
Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Knowledge of HR compliance reporting requirements globally
