What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and guide them through the service process
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair options with transparency
• Maintain consistent followup on vehicle status, approvals, and timelines
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery
• Support CSI goals through exceptional communication and problemsolving
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient service department

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or customerfacing automotive role
• Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service lane
• A customerfirst mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
• Familiarity with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) is a plus
• A calm, professional presence even during highvolume rushes
