Location : Des Moines, Iowa

Job Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation : $85K - $110K + Bonus

We're partnering with a design-focused commercial interiors firm that's expanding into Des Moines. They're hiring their first local Account Executivea true hunterto lead business development in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a respected organization and have real autonomy, upside, and impact.

In this role, you'll :

• Drive new business and grow legacy accounts
• Represent high-end workspace furniture and services
• Lead client relationships through the full sales cycle
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and industry partners
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and client follow-up
