What you'll do:

• Proactively monitor infrastructure associated with the network, server, and telecom environments.
• Identify and escalate alerts, incidents or problems requiring urgent action.
• Monitor and review data backups.
• Create, update, and distribute operational reports.
• Consult and maintain an internal knowledge base.
• Verify compliance with conventional guidelines, processes, and policies.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair infrastructure hardware and software.
• Assist with patch management.
• Install and configure computer hardware.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.

What you need to have:

• Associates degree Information Technology, Computers, or related experience with a focus systems infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience working within IT infrastructure to include the administration, support, and implementation of servers.
• 3+ years of experience in the areas of virtualization, security, networks, databases, and storage assets.
• The ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Great communication skills.
