Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description for LPN

Extra $3.40 / hour Hero Pay on top of Hourly Pay
39 Bed Facility
LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current LPN License

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
