Reports to : Chief Medical Officer

Status : Full-time, Exempt

Direct Patient Care : Approximately 70%

Travel : Up to 25%

Base Salary Range

• Master's Level : $110,000 - $125,000+ Bonus
• PhD Level : $140,000 - $155,000+ Bonus

The Importance of You –

As the Regional Psychotherapy Director, you will be responsible for promoting the professional, clinical, and ethical values and standards to which all Mindpath Health clinicians are expected to adhere. You will provide consultation, leadership, and oversight for all clinical and administrative aspects of outpatient psychotherapy services in the region.
