Clinical Details

Setting : 25-bed Critical Access Hospital

Team : All-CRNA group (currently 3 providers; hiring a 4th)

Facilities : 3 Operating Rooms

2 Endoscopy Suites

Case Mix : General Surgery

Orthopedics

Podiatry

Urology

Healthy ENT

No hearts, heads, or major vascular

Very few pediatrics

Call Schedule : 1 : 4

Call from home if within 15 minutes of the hospital

Otherwise, in-house call Skills Required

Independent practice - Must be comfortable working without MD supervision

Epidurals - Required

Spinals and nerve blocks - Preferred (training available if needed)

Must be adaptable and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : Competitive

Call Pay : Time and a half for hours worked during call

Start Date : Immediate or as soon as available
