Program Coordinator

The Learning & Engagement team is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Invention Convention Worldwide (ICW) cross-functional team with the planning, logistics and delivery of their driving programs and events, specifically the U.S. Nationals Competition, the Invent It Forward Summit, and the monthly ICW community network meetings. Work will include familiarizing themselves with the event program goals, planning and execution of those driving projects, participating in meetings with program affiliates, program affiliate communication, and other administrative and logistical support as required. While the role is primarily on-site, occasional remote tasks may be approved based on operational needs. Certain projects may also require availability outside standard MondayFriday, 9 a.m.5 p.m. hours.

Your Qualifications
Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in education or other STEAM related experiences
3+ years of experience in project coordination, within school or visitor audience environments preferred
Experience coordinating exhibitions, programs, special events or other related multi-disciplinary team projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Project management software experience preferred (Workfront, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)
Must be available for occasional work outside standard MondayFriday, 9 a.m.5 p.m. hours based on project needs
