Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; HubSpot experience a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a marketing "superpower" to deliver immediate value. Strong systems and process thinker, able to create order from chaos. Curious, eager to learn, and always striving to improve. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative with a keen eye for detail. Focused on adding value to every task, project, or process. Skilled at writing concise, impactful copy that simplifies complex ideas. Eye for design and able to produce clean, professional deliverables. Competitive salary 100% remote from anywhere in Latam
Marketing Assistant
This is a remote position.
The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings. You will support a Chief Marketing Officer in driving growth for software companies by handling impactful responsibilities and learning both high-level strategy and execution.
Responsibilities :
- Support inbound, outbound, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitive research to inform campaigns and positioning.
- Track marketing attribution and measure impact.
- Perform SEO research to guide content production.
- Create and manage Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Develop content for campaigns and assist with project coordination.
