What Youll Do

• Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources.
• Prepare and present results of analysis and report along with their relative impacts to the business to all levels of management.
• Work closely with Mobile Maintenance staff in analyzing, modeling, and building programmatic approach to ensure optimal performance of client buildings.
• Collect all applicable datasets / reference tables, scrub / condition, and process into analytics tool for isolated or blended metrics and analysis on a regular ongoing cadence.
• Utilizes programming and analytical tools including SQL, and the Microsoft Technology stack to develop data models and or extract insight.
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems / processes in subject teams and day-to-day function.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $110,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
